Tuition Policy
Thank you so much for your continued support. We truly appreciate the opportunity to share our talents with you. Your cooperation and support of our payment policies helps us attract and retain the BEST instructors, ensuring a high-quality experience for everyone. By honoring these policies, you’re helping us create a positive and rewarding environment where talented instructors can thrive and share their expertise with our students.
Payment Policy
All tuition is due on the 1st of the month unless you have made other arrangements and they have been approved by Vibe. A $15.00 late fee will be applied if monthly tuition is not received by the 5th of each month.
Make-Up Lesson Policy
One (1) make up will be allowed per month (if requested) if students cannot make regular lesson times. Make up lessons are dependent upon teacher availability. A minimum 24-hour notice is required to qualify for a make-up lesson. If an instructor cancels a lesson, students will be offered a substitute or a make-up lesson.
Private Lesson Flat Rate
Private Lesson Flat Rate is consistent, whether there are 3, 4, or 5 weeks we are open each month. Monthly rates are based on 48 lessons in a 12-month period.
Lesson Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel monthly lessons, please provide both the instructor and VIBE CSR with one full calendar month’s notice (1st–end of month).
Instruments & Singing Only
The flat monthly rate applies only to instruments or singing lessons.
Dance & Acting Lessons
The flat monthly rate applies only to instruments or singing lessons.
