In this 1-hour free workshop, you will get an overview of how to use the GarageBand app for Mac or iOS to record and edit audio, including utilizing essential features such as recording instruments/voice, adding effects like compression and reverb, arranging audio waveforms, and exporting as an audio file (MP3, WAV). This will act as a great launch pad for any aspiring musician, music producer, podcaster, content creator, or casual hobbyist looking to get started working with a digital audio workstation (DAW).

 

Please provide your own Apple device (Mac, iPad, iPhone) with the free GarageBand app downloaded and a pair of headphones/earbuds.
